Psychologists providing treatment to athletes, exercisers, and performers experiencing eating and body image concerns, are invited to attend a skills-based workshop focused on the provision of Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E). The workshop will be active and experiential, and will involve opportunities for practicing core CBT-E components and interventions. The workshop will facilitate opportunities for exploring unique considerations and practical adaptations and to enhance the delivery of CBT-E in athletes, exercisers, and performers.

As this is an advanced workshop it is expected that all attendees have already completed introductory training in eating disorders, and formal CBT-E training.

The workshop will be facilitated by Ashleigh Olive; an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, Sport and Exercise Psychologist, and board-approved supervisor.
